Accurate Metal Fabricating maintains high quality standards by establishing strong relationships with customers, continuously looking for ways to improve our quality through process, efficiency, training, equipment and technology upgrades. We are continuously looking for ways to help our customers be more successful.

Accurate Metal Fabricating prides itself on the high level of quality manufacturing we provide to our customers. Quality is our focus from contract/order and engineering reviews until product ships to customer and beyond. Our quality system is continually improving to better serve our customers. To effectively maintain the highest quality we use Corrective Action system which monitors both internal and external discrepancies (Subcontractors included). First Article inspections and In- Process Inspection are used for every job we run. All customers drawing and specifications are translated to our own drawings using methods and language familiar to all of our employees.

We believe in continues improvement of our skills. All of our shop employees go through formal, on-site Blue Print Reading, Basic Shop Math, and Basic Metrology classes, provided by professional outside training company that Accurate Metal partnered with for this purpose. In addition, our set-up, welding and supervisory personnel go through different training programs related to their line of responsibilities.
